The RFQ Detail Page is the single view for everything related to a specific request. Open it by clicking any row on the Requests dashboard.
At the top of the page you will find:
- RFQ Name and Status -- The request title alongside a visual status indicator (e.g., On Going, Awarded, Completed). The RFQ name is used for search, filtering, and communications throughout the platform.
- Internal Notes -- A dropdown where you can view or add notes visible only to your team.
- Key Dates -- Sent (when the request was dispatched), Deadline / Ends (when supplier responses are due), and Awarded (when an award was made, if applicable).
- Order Reference -- If a Purchase Order was created from this RFQ, the PO reference appears here as a direct link.
- Description (Scope of Work) -- The scope of work can be edited after sending. Click Edit, update the text, and click Save.
- Three-dot menu -- Click the three dots to the right of the RFQ name to access additional actions such as modifying the end date (e.g., extending by a week).

Below the header, four tabs organize the request details.
This tab contains the core content of the request.
Request Files
All files attached to the original request are listed here. Each file shows activity tracking -- you can see how many times it has been viewed and downloaded by suppliers.
To add files after the RFQ has been sent:

- Choose whether to notify all suppliers or only specific suppliers.
- Add a message explaining the update.
- Attach the documents.
- Click Send. Suppliers receive an automatic notification.

Parts List
For RFQ-type requests that include a Bill of Materials (BOM), the parts list displays every line item, including name, quantity, and associated files. This section does not appear for Simple RFQ or RFP types.
To modify the parts list after sending:
- Click the blue Edit button next to the parts list.
- Make your changes -- modify quantities (e.g., change from 1 to 10) or click Add a Line to include a new part.
- Add any necessary files to the new or modified parts.
- Publish the updated version:
- With a revision note (recommended) -- Click Publish with Revision Note and add a comment explaining the changes.
- Without a revision note -- If an addendum has already been sent covering the changes.
- The page updates automatically and the new parts list is displayed. Suppliers receive an automatic email notification.
When an RFQ is revised, an automatic note appears in the supplier list indicating that a revision has been requested. Suppliers who have already submitted their quote will see that the modification applies to a previous version of the RFQ.

This tab lists every supplier quotation received for the request, displayed in an accordion layout.
Each accordion header shows the supplier name and a summary of their quote -- total price, lead time, and item count. The supplier who has been awarded the contract is highlighted with a green Winning badge.

Expand a supplier's accordion to see:
- Full quote details and any conditions.
- File attachments submitted with the quote.
- Parsed data indicators showing which fields were extracted automatically.
- Options to modify a submission, contact the supplier, or award the RFQ to the selected supplier. The winning supplier is automatically notified.
Response status indicators help you see at a glance where each supplier stands:
- Intent to Bid -- The supplier has confirmed they plan to submit a quote.
- Quoted -- The supplier has submitted their quote.
- No Quote -- The supplier has declined to quote.
For more detail on working with quotes, see Quotes and Comparison.
The Quote Comparison tab presents a side-by-side grid so you can evaluate all supplier quotes together.
- Columns include part specifications, unit prices from each supplier, and lead times.
- Auto-select lets you quickly highlight the lowest price or the shortest lead time across all suppliers.
- Cell selection allows you to pick individual parts from different suppliers when splitting an award.
- Award Selection -- Once you have made your choices, click this button to proceed to the awarding workflow. See Awarding an RFQ for next steps.
- Customize View -- Choose which columns are visible to focus on the data that matters most.
Note: The Quote Comparison tab is not available for RFP-type requests or when sensitive pricing data has been hidden.
