For Simple RFQs and RFPs where suppliers submit Excel-based quotes, Axya provides an in-platform comparison tool that lets you evaluate all submissions side by side -- without downloading and manually opening multiple spreadsheets.
Availability: Excel Comparison is available for Simple RFQ and RFP request types only. BOM-based RFQs use the standard Quote Comparison grid instead.

When setting up a view, you define how the data is organized:
Once the view is configured, Axya displays all supplier Excel data in a single side-by-side grid. Each supplier's data is clearly grouped so you can scan across vendors for every row.
Numeric columns are automatically evaluated row by row. The lowest value in each row is highlighted in green, making it easy to spot the best prices, shortest lead times, or most favorable terms at a glance.
You can create and manage multiple comparison views for a single RFQ:
Excel files that were uploaded when the RFQ was created — for example bid sheets and other attachments — are grouped together in the comparison area so you can move between related files without hunting through unrelated uploads.
When you need to share the comparison outside of Axya, click Export to download the current view as an Excel file. The exported file preserves the side-by-side layout and highlighting.
For BOM-based RFQs with line-item pricing, see the standard Quote Comparison grid and Awarding the RFQ.
