Tags and internal notes help your team stay organized across all RFQs and Purchase Orders. Both features are available from the listing tables on the Requests dashboard and the Orders dashboard.
Tags let you categorize RFQs and POs with color-coded labels. Each tag is created once and shared company-wide, so every team member can apply the same set of tags.
Common use cases include priority levels (High, Medium, Low), project codes, department labels, and urgency markers.
Internal notes let you attach private annotations to any RFQ or PO. Notes are visible only to members of your organization -- suppliers never see them.
Use internal notes to track context behind decisions, flag issues for colleagues, record approvals, or leave reminders for follow-up.
When you need to update several items at once, use bulk editing on the listing tables:
