The Orders page is your central dashboard for tracking every Purchase Order (PO) across its lifecycle. In one place, you can see the status of each order, follow delivery progress, and know what needs your attention next.

The Orders dashboard opens. From here you can create, review, and manage all your Purchase Orders.
Below the toolbar, a row of status filters summarizes your orders by status. Each filter shows how many orders are in that status. Click a filter to show only those orders in the table. Use the arrows at either end of the row to scroll through all the filters.
| Filter | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| All statuses | Every order, whatever its status |
| Draft | Orders you are still preparing |
| Waiting for review | Orders waiting for your action — for example, accepting or rejecting a change proposed by the supplier |
| On track | Orders confirmed by the supplier and on schedule for shipment |
| At risk | Orders sent more than two days ago that the supplier has not confirmed yet — we recommend following up |
| Late | Orders past their delivery date |
| Shipped | Orders with items shipped by the supplier |
| Ready for pickup | Orders with items ready for collection (only shown if your company manages pickups) |
| Archived | Orders that are completed or archived. Use this filter to review past orders and supplier performance |

Tip: Check Waiting for review and At risk daily — they show the orders that need action from you.
The main table lists your orders with the following columns:
