Your supplier profile is how buyers discover and evaluate your company on Axya. A complete profile builds trust, improves your visibility in the supplier directory, and helps buyers understand your capabilities before reaching out.
Access your supplier page by clicking your logo in the top right or via the navigation menu by selecting Profile → Company Profile.

The Capabilities section is the most detailed part of the profile. It allows you to enter your technical skills across multiple categories:
Tip: RFQs sent by buyers are often filtered based on required capabilities. For example, if a buyer is looking for laser cutting and bending, and these capabilities are listed in your profile, you are more likely to be selected.
Indicate the sectors you serve. Buyers often search for suppliers with experience in their specific industry. Available sectors include:

Set a primary business contact for your company. This person's name and contact information are displayed on your directory profile and serve as the first point of communication for buyers browsing the directory.
Add your facility address. Buyers use proximity-based search to find suppliers near their operations, so an accurate address helps you appear in location-filtered results. If you operate from multiple facilities, add your primary location.
Add past project references to build credibility. You can add:
