The Analytics dashboards give you a clear picture of your procurement performance across both RFQs and Purchase Orders. Navigate to the Analytics tab from your Axya dashboard to get started.
If both the Orders and RFQ modules are enabled, you can switch between them using the menu at the top left.
The RFQ analytics dashboard tracks your sourcing activity and supplier responsiveness.

Refine any dashboard view using the available filters:

Combine multiple filters to drill into the exact data set you need.
Click Export to Excel to download your analytics data for offline analysis. The exported file includes purchase order number, order and delivery dates, quantity and unit value, currency and conversion rate, confirmation/shipping/receipt dates, and change indicators. This enables advanced filtering to identify items frequently delivered late or with frequent price changes.
Each metric includes percentage change indicators that show whether performance is improving or declining compared to the previous period. Use these indicators to quickly spot areas that need attention and to track the impact of process changes over time.
