Welcome to the Axya platform. This guide summarizes the top bar navigation and how to reach the main areas for procurement work.

After you sign in, you land on the Dashboard. It summarizes ongoing procurement activity so you can see progress on requests and orders at a glance.
Parts / Catalog is where buyers organize part records: view parts, update data, and keep the catalog aligned with sourcing and orders.
Use Requests to create new RFQs, follow status, and take action as quotes and revisions move forward.
Orders is where you manage purchase orders: track acknowledgments, shipments, and revisions through to completion.
Projects helps you work in batches — for example creating BOMs or packages from Excel and using custom quotation templates.
Supplier Directory lets you explore suppliers by capability, search, and add them to your network for collaboration.
Global search finds requests and purchase orders quickly by name or reference.
Use the language toggle to switch the interface between French and English.
Contact support opens the flow to reach Axya’s support team.
Invite a colleague sends invitations so new users can join your company on Axya.
You can exchange messages with suppliers who have quoted.
Note: This area is currently read-only in many accounts and is gradually being replaced by Q&A-style flows to keep communications centralized.
Company settings is for administrators: company profile, members, and related options.
Profile settings covers your user profile, password, authentication (including 2FA), and personal preferences.
