Axya supports multiple currencies (CAD, USD, EUR, CHF, DKK) across your RFQs and Purchase Orders. You can choose between live market rates or custom fixed rates set by your organization.
Supplier quotes can be submitted in any supported currency. Axya handles conversions automatically when comparing quotes across currencies.
By default, Axya uses daily market exchange rates from a trusted data provider. Rates update automatically and are applied when comparing supplier quotes in different currencies.
Audit trail: The rate applied to each supplier quote is recorded at the time of submission, so you can see which conversion was in effect when the quote was received.
Workspace administrators can grant selected buyers permission to manually adjust exchange rates used in comparisons without granting full admin access. If you have this permission, you can override the displayed conversion when evaluating quotes; changes are subject to your organization’s governance rules. Ask your workspace admin if you need this capability enabled on your user profile.
Organizations can opt into a custom rate system to use internally-set fixed rates instead of fluctuating live rates. This is useful for:

When an RFQ is closed (awarded or cancelled), the exchange rates in effect at that moment are frozen for that request. This ensures quote comparisons remain consistent after closure and audit trails reflect the exact rates used when decisions were made.
