- Purchase Orders — PO headers and line items

- PO Documents — Retrieved from Infor Document Manager (IDM) or SFTP
- Revisions — Updated POs detected and suppliers notified
- Supplier Acknowledgments — PO confirmation status
- Delivery Date Updates — Supplier-confirmed promise dates
- Price and Quantity Changes — Negotiated modifications
- Buyer creates a PO or planned order in Infor LN
- The integration detects new or changed orders during its sync cycle
- PO data is retrieved and the PDF is fetched from Infor Document Manager or SFTP
- The PO appears in Axya and the supplier is notified
- The supplier interacts via Axya's portal — acknowledging, confirming dates, or proposing changes
- Supplier responses are written back to Infor LN
PO documents are managed through one of two channels:
- Infor Document Manager (IDM) — Preferred. Documents are retrieved automatically.
- SFTP — Documents are exchanged through a shared SFTP repository.
The integration supports multi-site organizations by mapping site codes to Axya company configurations, allowing each site to have its own integration settings and workflows.
- BOD Compliance — Uses Infor's standard messaging format for native compatibility
- Flexible Document Handling — IDM or SFTP for document exchange
- Planned Order Import — Requisitions from LN can be grouped and converted into RFQs for supplier bidding
- Smart Grouping — Parts are automatically grouped by metadata (site, project, category) when creating RFQs
- In-App Dashboard — Integration status and analytics visible within Axya
- Customizable Reporting — Monthly PDF reports available
- ION API credentials (OAuth 2.0)
- BOD configuration for planned order and PO documents
- IDM access for document retrieval (if using IDM)
- Windows VM (8 GB RAM, 40 GB disk, 2-4 vCPU)
- VPN access to Infor LN environment
- SFTP access (if using SFTP for documents)
- Network connectivity to Axya's cloud endpoints
- OAuth 2.0 authentication via ION API
- All communication over HTTPS
- SFTP connections use SSH key-based authentication
