The Axya security team will configure the SSO connection and provide the ACS URL and Entity ID if not already shared.
"User does not have access to this application" error
The user has not been assigned to the Axya application in OneLogin. Assign the user directly or through a role as described in Step 5.
"SAML Response Invalid" or signature verification error
The X.509 Certificate may have been rotated in OneLogin without updating Axya. Download the current certificate from the SSO tab and send it to security@axya.co.
"ACS URL mismatch" error
The ACS URL or ACS URL Validator in the OneLogin app configuration does not match what Axya expects. Contact security@axya.co to confirm the correct ACS URL and update the Configuration tab accordingly.
Login redirects to OneLogin but returns an error
Verify that the NameID value is set to Email on the Parameters tab, and that the attribute mappings include the required fields (email, firstName, lastName).
Note: This guide covers the general OneLogin SSO setup. Configuration steps may vary depending on your OneLogin plan and organizational policies. Refer to the official OneLogin documentation for the most current instructions.
