During the onboarding process, the Axya team creates your company account and sends email invitations to each user. Clicking the invitation link takes you to a registration page where you complete your account setup.

Axya supports Single Sign-On using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, allowing you to log in with your organization's identity provider — Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, and more.

2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code (sent to your email) each time you log in.
Once enabled, every login will require your password plus a verification code from your email.
Not recommended. Disabling 2FA reduces your account security. We strongly recommend keeping it enabled.
Axya can append contact details to outbound email signatures generated from the platform.
